Our mission was to deliver a memorable and seamless event experience for 180 attendees across the APJ region, from start to finish. This included logistics, interactive and dynamic plenary sessions, and a Partner Awards Dinner at the Grand Hyatt Bali in Nusa Dua from 4th-6th March 2024.  

Considering the complexities of facilitating guests from so many different countries, we understood the importance of clear communication and the sheer amount of coordination required with both SolarWinds and their partners. Organizing this summit would require months of meticulous planning, the use of creative solutions, and an unwavering attention to detail to ensure its success.

Beginning with a warm welcome, guests of the APJ Transform Partner Summit 2024 were immediately immersed in Bali's rich and vibrant traditions, setting a tone of excitement and cultural appreciation from the moment they arrived. Commencing with an executive plenary and breakout session that featured keynote presentations by SolarWinds, guests were later treated to a delicious Balinese-themed welcome dinner filled with fun and interactive performances.

During the summit, one of the most eagerly anticipated highlights was the prestigious awards ceremony, a celebratory evening in honour of SolarWinds top performing partners who were recognized for their remarkable achievements in eight categories. The ceremony, complemented by a four-course meal and entertainment, provided a truly festive and unforgettable conclusion to the event.

Over the course of 3 days, our team made sure that the APJ Transform Partner Summit 2024 in Bali was thoughtfully designed to deliver an exceptional experience, with every detail carefully considered — from the well-crafted venue setups to the meticulously crafted itinerary that balanced learning, networking, and celebration.
