Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity company, was looking to strengthen its presence within the DevSecOps sector while raising awareness for its Prisma Cloud security solution. Their goal was to create engaging, high-quality content that resonated with the DevSecOps community, fostering interaction across various platforms. The campaign needed to connect with the audience's unique needs and challenges, while promoting Prisma Cloud as a trusted solution in cloud security.
Our mission was to conceptualize and execute a creative, dynamic campaign that would effectively showcase the capabilities of Prisma Cloud while simultaneously building authentic and meaningful connections with the DevSecOps audience. Through this, we aimed to deliver enhanced brand visibility by reaching and resonating with key stakeholders in the DevSecOps community. Additionally, we sought to drive sustained engagement by crafting experiences that not only captured attention but also educated and informed participants about the value of Prisma Cloud and while solidifying Palo Alto Networks’ reputation as a forward-thinking leader and trusted authority in the realm of DevSecOps security.
To address the objectives, we conceptualized and developed an interactive Pacman-inspired game which served as an educational tool that seamlessly introduced players to the features and benefits of Prisma Cloud in a fun and memorable way.
We spearheaded the project’s creative direction, crafting compelling key visuals that resonated with the target audience while branding the initiative with a distinct identity. To extend the campaign’s impact, we developed a dedicated microsite that served as a comprehensive resource hub for Prisma Cloud content, offering in-depth insights and supporting materials.
To amplify visibility, a strategic newsletter campaign was rolled out, featuring both monthly and quarterly updates to keep audiences informed and encourage recurring interaction with the microsite and game.
Recognizing the potential for live engagement, the game was also adapted for field events. At these events, attendees were invited to play the game after completing a brief survey, fostering on-site participation and further deepening engagement with Prisma Cloud.
This multifaceted approach not only aligned with the campaign’s objectives but also created a dynamic and engaging experience that effectively communicated Prisma Cloud’s value proposition.
Our creative campaign successfully delivered a unified, interactive experience that resonated with the DevSecOps community. In addition, the microsite quickly became a central hub for trusted Prisma Cloud resources, while the Pacman-inspired game, both online and at events, provided a fun and memorable way for users to engage with the brand. The game also continued to attract significant user participation, well after the end of the campaign promotion period, demonstrating its effectiveness.
Overall, this innovative approach achieved Palo Alto Networks’ goals by helping them to build stronger connections with their DevSecOps audience, boost brand awareness, and position Prisma Cloud as a leader in cloud security solutions.
