background

Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity leader, sought to showcase its latest innovations and expertise in harnessing Artificial Intelligence to advance cybersecurity solutions at GovWare 2024—Singapore’s premier cybersecurity trade event. This event was held from October 15–17, 2024, at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre as part of the Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW). As a key exhibitor, Palo Alto Networks needed to optimize its booth space to exhibit its latest products and services, while delivering engaging demonstrations that showcased their capabilities. With a strategic focus on fostering meaningful connections, the booth also needed a dedicated area for in-depth discussions with potential customers and prospects.

Our Mission

With over 13,000 registered attendees expected over three days, Palo Alto Networks enlisted our expertise to design and manage a booth that not only captured attention but also strategically maximized space to accommodate and engage a large crowd. Our goal was to effectively showcase and demonstrate Palo Alto Networks' products and services, ensuring the booth provided ample comfortable space for simultaneous discussions with multiple customers and prospects, without overcrowding or disruption.

As part of Palo Alto Networks' lead generation strategy, regular giveaways were scheduled throughout the event. As such, the booth needed to incorporate organized and secure storage solutions for these items.

In addition to booth production and management, our team was also responsible for overseeing manpower logistics and facilitating booth activities, including assisting with one-on-one meetings with invited prospects.

Approach

To meet the unique needs of Palo Alto Networks, we meticulously designed the booth by strategically dividing the space into distinct sections. This included a dedicated demo showcase area to engage visitors with live product demonstrations and more private, comfortable spaces for hosting one-on-one meetings with prospects. By organizing the booth in this way, we created an environment conducive to both interaction and focused conversations. Additionally, we incorporated seamless, built-in storage solutions to ensure the smooth handling of giveaway merchandise and other essential items without cluttering the booth. Beyond the design, we also managed the fabrication process and provided support throughout the entire setup to ensure flawless execution.

In addition to an eye-catching and functional booth design, we proposed and conceptualized an innovative feature to enhance the booth’s appeal: a Palo Alto Networks-branded AI photobooth. The photobooth, powered by Snapbar’s global partner software, featured cutting-edge AI Face Swapping technology. This allowed visitors to playfully superimpose their faces onto various bodies and themes, creating a fun and interactive experience that captivated attendees. The photobooth became a major attraction at the event, offering visitors the chance to print and take-home Palo Alto Networks-branded photos as a memorable keepsake.

The combination of the booth design and the AI photobooth both served as powerful lead generation tools, as visitors were encouraged to sign up for the SG FUEL User Group—a community offering updates on Palo Alto Networks' latest products and solutions. This initiative not only drove engagement but also strengthened brand awareness and facilitated valuable customer connections.

WHAT WE ACHIEVED

We succeeded in building a visually stunning and functional booth that met the client's needs and objectives. Overall operations and logistics went smoothly with the 3-day event yielding positive results that included approximately 1200 booth visits (a 24.4% increase year-over-year), 280 survey submissions, and over $20M in their sales pipeline. The team also successfully conducted 30 1:1 customer meetings, gained 135 SG FUEL User Group signups, and engaged with 39 unique customer companies.

Social media metrics were also favorable, achieving a whooping 380,682 total impressions and 29,742 total engagements (clicks, likes, comments, shares), at a 7.8% engagement rate. This significantly exceeded the 4.1% engagement rate goal. It’s clear that the booth and event strongly resonated with Palo Alto Network’s key customers, generating positive engagement.
