Each year, Palo Alto Networks (PANW), a global leader in cybersecurity, plays host to Ignite on Tour, a premier event series designed to spark innovation and foster dialogue among industry leaders and partners.
The Singapore and Malaysia editions focused on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and its implications for cyber resilience. Under the theme “Reimagining Cybersecurity with Precision AI,” the event tackled urgent conversations around the promises and perils of AI. To bring this vision to life, Palo Alto Networks sought a trusted partner to deliver a seamless, high-impact experience for over 300 attendees—one that would inspire collaboration, ignite action (pun intended), and resonate meaningfully in a tech-driven world.
Sparking meaningful conversations around AI-powers cybersecurity meant PANW needed not only an experience that informed, but engaged, immersed, and inspired. Now Comms Asia was brought on to turn that vision into reality for over 300 delegates at both Andaz Singapore and St Regis Kuala Lumpur, respectively, while also driving momentum around the launch of the Prisma Access Browser—a secure enterprise browser built to guard against phishing, malware, and data exfiltration.

From strategy to execution, we curated every touchpoint from seamless registration and impactful keynote sessions to interactive breakout moments, ensuring the experience delivered clarity, energy, and connection at every turn.
As this was a multi-country tour, consistency is pertinent across all iterations of events. We began by visualising the audience journey from start to end, firstly transforming the foyers into a buzzing engagement hub that featured sponsor and partner booths for delegates to connect, exchange ideas, and explore cybersecurity solutions. Collaborations with partners also played an essential role in ensuring smoothness from ideation to execution for branded assets, booth setups, and interactive experiences.
Breakout sessions were seamlessly woven into the main agenda, to provide a space for deeper, more engaging discussions as well as knowledge sharing.
A true showstopper for the Singapore leg was Astra—the virtual emcee. Designed to embody the essence of proactive cybersecurity, Astra took center stage, moderating keynotes, introducing speakers, and keeping the energy high throughout the event. Astra’s real-time interactions and seamless engagement elevated the attendee experience, setting a new standard for digital event innovation.
Adding an extra layer of excitement, we curated a series of immersive activities that embody the word “precision” —from a customized notebook station to an onsite sushi chef, delivering a multi-sensory experience that kept guests engaged beyond the main sessions.
Behind the scenes, our team orchestrated a flawless event journey, from advanced on-site registration and client meeting coordination to seamless wayfinding that ensured guests moved effortlessly through the venue. With meticulous timekeeping, multiple rehearsals, and lightning-fast problem-solving, every element came together seamlessly.
The result? Ignite on Tour 2025 Singapore and Malaysia set a new standard for cybersecurity events. A combined total of 400 partners, CXOs, and customers made the event a buzzing crucible of intellectual discourse with a 94% positive sentiment report.
